How To De-Stress

Number 1: Cuddling with pets is a great way to de-stress, sometimes all you need is a hug and a cat or a dog is perfect.

Number 2: Do something fun with friends, doing something fun with your friends can take your mind of things and will help you forget whatever it is that is bothering you, or making you sad.

Number 3: Write a story. Writing a story can help you make your own world, and can help you to de-stress as you get lost in your own fairytale, with different people and a new world to perhaps explore.

Number 4: Try meditation. I don't do this myself, but ti works for a lot of people, with meditation you can just relax and forget everything, and sometimes that is exactly what you need.

Number 5: Go for a walk or a jog in a new place like a forest. If you do this, you will be more focused on the wildlife and beautiful surroundings, and will help you think clearly too. Sometimes we just need a breath of fresh air.

I hope this helped some of you and try not to worry about things so much, take a break from studying or working once in a while, and it can do you the world of good.
